Miniature Beerscapes

I’ve always been fascinated by miniature photography. It probably stems from those iSpy children’s book. I didn’t even bother trying to find the items in the photos - I was awed by the styling, the creative use of props and balancing of the capture. That definitely stuck with me as I grew into creative roles. My first attempt at miniature worlds was probably when I saved up for a macro lens and flash kit. I dove head first into the world of bug photography. Spending hours and hours in parents backyard, looking to capture any bug that stayed still for more than 5 seconds. It was a such a relaxing game of cat and mouse. Even if the insect flew or got away, I learned how to approach the next insect with a different tact and eventually got better.
